Make an Easter bonnet hat for your Barbie doll to wear with her Easter dress or to the Kentucky Derby in May. We used a milk jug cap and tissue paper to make this Spring time Barbie hat.

Instructions To Make A Barbie Easter Bonnet Hat :
1. Wrap the milk jug cap with yellow tissue paper and tape into place.
2. Cut out a large circle in cardbard.
3. Cut out a large circle in cardboard.
4. Use a cap to trace a circle into the center of the cardboard. Cut out the circle, but do cut the entire circle out. Instead, leave a quarter inch around the outside.
5. Cut out two strips of ribbon. Tape them on the top of the large circle and pointing down to the inside.
6. Cut out a strip of yellow tissue paper about 2 inches wide or about the width of your outcircle front and back.
7. Wrap the yellow strip around the brim of the hat and tape into place. Be careful to not cover your ribbon, but also hide where you taped it to your hat.
8. Glue the cap to the top of the hat.
9. Cut out a piece of blue ribbon and glue it to the hat where the top meets the brim to hide the Barbie hat seam.
10. Add a bow to your Barbie hat, by cut out a piece of ribbon and forming it into a bow. Glue the bow to the back of the hat where the ribbon comes together.
11. Make flowers for your barbie hat with tissue paper. Cut out a piece tissue paper and bunch it up into a rose like ball. Glue the flower to your Barbie Easter bonnet.
12. Put your Barbie hat on your Barbie and tie it at the neck.
